Can you see the smile and the twinkling eyes?
It is a farce if you see beyond that mask...
Fighting her fear living others lies
Hiding the scar when anyone asks...
Wounded heart never to be healed
Teaching it never again to feel...
Endless time her soul revives again to be killed
Tainted her image put in shame
Disdained she was writhing in pain...
Robbed her respect willed whoever came
Corpse was trying to walk yet again...
Abused she was left all alone..
Shattered her never again to be whole
Unheard pleas lifeless forever moans...
It is said that 'experience is the name given to our past mistakes'.

Reminded me of the tragic Delhi incident...wonderfully composed. I'm no pro with poems but I felt the poem came to a sudden end...
